The current text, "Biotechnology, Immunology, Biotechniques and Biostatistics," was created in response to the need for a text book for paper II, which is required for B.Sc. Zoology Third Year under the new Unified Syllabus at several State Universities in India. The syllabus for this paper divides the book into four units. Chapters 1 through 9 make up Unit I in Biotechnology, Chapters 10 through 18 in Unit II in Immunology, Chapters 19?28 in Unit III in Biotechniques, and Chapters 29?36 in Unit IV in Biostatistics, the final unit. For this paper, efforts have been made to accurately cover all of the contents.
