As soon as we fall into meditation, as a drop of our consciousness falls into the Brahman, then we are nowhere. And when we are nowhere, only then peace and only then bliss and only then Amrit (nectar) is born. As long as we are there, there is sorrow. As long as we are there, there is pain. As long as we are there, there is trouble. It is our ego that is the root and basis of all sorrows. All this has been explained in this book.
