The new marking scheme of CBSE has been followed in this book. According to the new syllabus, short and very short questions have been given under the unread passages and poetry sections in the book. In the grammar section, the essential topics related to this class have been explained in a simple and detailed manner. The creative section of the book increases the subject-related understanding of the students and provides them an opportunity to sharpen their creativity. A self-assessment chart is also given in the book, through which students can self-assess their understanding of the subject. Grammar-related exercise papers are given at the end of the book, through which students will be mentally prepared for the upcoming examination.
