Netaji Subhas Chandra is an unforgettable figure in the history of the world's freedom struggle. His contribution to freeing people from all kinds of bondage is undeniable. On the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji, 'Rakhal Benu Sahitya Patrika' has made an ineffectual attempt to pay tribute to him by publishing this book. 'Benu' Patrika (1333-1339 Bengali) was the mouthpiece of the anti-British Bengal Volunteers revolutionary party. The British government banned this newspaper of revolutionary Bhupendra Kishore Rakshit Roy. Satyen Chowdhury Mahasoy, on the orders of Mahabiplobi Hemchandra Ghosh and Histiacharya Rameshchandra Majumdar, continued to publish 'Rakhal Benu Sahitya Patrika' (1386 Bengali) as the successor to 'Benu'.
