In general, it examines diversity, ethics, and authority, power and conflict, and the issues and stresses that arise from them. In particular, it examines the individual attitudes, personalities, perceptions and motivations, and the group dynamics of teamwork, communication and leadership, all within the context of restructuring, change and development.
