This textbook has been specifically developed on the directives of National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and is as per latest curriculum of B.Sc. Physics (Sixth Semester) for the Universities of Uttar Pradesh. This book comprises of two parts: Part A describes Analog Electronic Circuits and it begins with Semiconductor Junction followed by Transistor Modeling, Field Effect Transistors and other devices like SCR, UJT and their applications. Part B describes Digital Electronics that starts with Number System followed by Binary Arithmetic, Logic Gates and Combinational & Sequential Circuits.
