Pegasus

Publisher of magazines and books located in Winnipeg, Pegasus Publications Inc. also maintains a location in Toronto (unconnected to the British magazine publisher of the early 1990s). They are the authors of The Winnipeg Access Guide, SMART Connections Magazine, Canadian Trees Magazine, Manitoba Gardener Living, Alberta Gardener Living, and Ontario Gardener Living. They also publish Beautiful Communities Magazine, Beautiful Lifestyles Magazine, and Canadian Trees Magazine. Pegasus also publishes Western Aviation, The Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce Guide, Creative Retirement, and The Manitoba Society of Seniors Journal through agreements with other organisations. When former legislator Dorothy Dobbie formed Manitoba Gardener in 1998, it quickly grew as sister periodicals were launched in neighbouring provinces.
