About the Author: Badakynti Nylla Iangngap serves as an Assistant Professor, Department of English, Synod College, Shillong. She is currently pursuing her Ph. D. entitled ?Representation of Self: A Select Study of Literary Texts by Khasi Writers and Transcribers? from the Department of English, North-Eastern Hill University. She completed her M.Phil. entitled ?Stalemated Narratives: Reconsidering the Historical and the Literary in the Khasi Context? from Department of English, University of Delhi Mankhrawbor Dunai currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Synod College, Shillong.
