Indra Nooyi, regarded as a role model for future generations of women, has constantly been included among the top 100 most powerful women in the world. She graduated from the Yale School of Management and the Indian Institute of Management (Kolkata), and she has worked with Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, the Boston Consulting Group, and Asea Brown Boveri. Before being named CEO, the company's former chair and chief executive officer worked there for almost 12 years. She was inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame in 2021 after receiving various honours and medals, including Best CEO awards.
