Pharmacology-I is a complete textbook for undergraduate pharmacy students as per the latest Pharmacy Council of India syllabus requirement by various universities of India and other universities abroad offering similar curriculum. The book is divided into five units having twenty-two chapters; initial section covers general and autonomic pharmacology, followed by other sections of drug acting on different body systems e.g. PNS and CNS. Each chapter has been meticulously elaborated in its unique style of presentation. In each chapter, the prototype drug is described in detail, followed by special distinctive features of other drugs in the same group and more emphasis is given to the latest available drug.
