Court Gentry was Sierra Six, the youngest member of a CIA action team, prior to becoming the Gray Man. They killed a terrorist leader in their first mission, but at a horrible cost: the life of a woman Court was caring for. Years have passed, and The Gray Man is now on a straightforward job when he encounters the long-dead terrorist, who is surprisingly active for a corpse. The Gray Man hasn't altered in ten years, despite that fact. He never abandons a task incomplete or an unpaid due for blood.
