The well-known superhero Doctor Extraordinary is at work as he engages in yet another epic clash with his arch-enemy Captain Chaos. Unfortunately, things don't quite go as planned, and they both end up being destroyed within a massive robot. Sonny Nelson, a 12-year-old, is upset. A world without heroes would be utter nonsense! However, when Doctor Exceptional reappears as a ghost and only Sonny can see him, things take an even more extraordinary turn.
