Delia and her group of time-travelers travel to Versailles in 1778 in this second book of the Time Museum duology. The next significant assignment that Delia and her other time travellers will undertake will not be carried out by them alone. The squad travels to Versailles in 1778 with assistance from a more experienced Epoch Squad, led by none other than President Richard Nixon, in order to rescue a historic relationship between the United States and France. The strategy fails, leaving them imprisoned in the incorrect world where the only people who can aid them are... themselves?
