The main character of this novel is an IAS officer Angel. Through this creation, along with presenting the story woven from the threads of Angel's will to live and struggle, an attempt has been made to depict the Labasana training environment of Mussoorie after she got selected in the IAS. The initial chapters contain stories of friendship of four candidates preparing for the civil services. This novel is the story of every young man in India who dreams big and remains determined towards his goal despite hearing the taunts of society and friends. Along with this, the challenges faced by competitive students during the Corona period have also been depicted. Apart from this, an attempt has been made to shed light on administrative corruption and red tape through this creation. The love story of this work is the story of fighting the narrow thinking of small towns. This is an interesting story related to choosing between love and IAS cadre. By giving more importance to their love than money, position, power, social status, Girish and Angel did not let the shadow of social restrictions fall on their relationship and always stood as each other's strength and finally became each other's. In a way, the sweet fragrance of love is present in the whole story.
