The main character of this novel is Angel (fictitious), an IAS officer. Through this composition, I have tried to present the story woven from the threads of Angel's survival and struggle as well as to depict the Labasna training environment of Mussoorie after he got selected in IAS. This is a fantasy novel. The initial chapters tell the story of the friendship between four candidates preparing for civil services. This novel is the story of every young man of India dreams big and remains firm towards his goal even after listening to the taunts of society and friends. Besides, the challenges that the competitive students had to face during the Corona period have also been depicted. Apart from this, through this composition, I have tried to throw light on administrative corruption and red tape. The love story of this work is the story of small towns fighting small thinking. This story is a conflict story about choosing between love v/s IAS cadre. By giving more importance to their love than money, position, power, and social status, Girish and Angel did not let the shadow of social restrictions fall on their relationship and always stood as each other's strength and ultimately became each other's. In a way, the whole story is permeated with the sweet fragrance of love
