The textbook on Development Administration, and now labelled as Development Management, a modern introduction to the concepts of development, sustainability, administration, bureaucracy, privatization, e-governance and globalization. Government cannot enhance or improve the quality of life of the people without bringing about reforms and changes in its structure and functioning of various organizational units.
